Agreement close: Manchester United star set to snub transfer away and sign £17.3m-a-year contract


According to reports, Manchester United’s poster boy Paul Pogba is close to committing his future to the club with a new bumper contract.

According to Don Balon, although the France international who has been linked to Real Madrid he is set to snub the Spanish giants and sign a new contract worth £17.3m-a-year at Manchester United.

This would be a pay rise of around  £6.3m a year.

Although Pogba has had his critics in his time at United, it would be hard to replace his quality and creativity in the side without paying huge money.
