Award-winning Ghanaian female herbal doctor and Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of S.O Herbal Clinic at Amasaman, Dr.Sophia Asi Ocansey has made a staggering revelation that Asthma is deadlier than the novel Coronavirus.
COVID-19 cases in Ghana have increased to 1,550, the Ghana Health Service said on Sunday, April 26, 2020. It is, thus, up by 271 more cases.
Also, one more person has succumbed, bringing the number of deaths to eleven while 21 more persons have recovered Of the 271 new cases, 75 were detected through routine surveillance and 196 through enhanced contact-tracing.

In a one on One interview with Kwabena Owusu host of political talk show; ‘The HardBall’ on Accra-based Hot 93.9FM, Dr. Sophia Asi Ocansey revealed that the novel Coronavirus is not as scary as perceived.
According to Dr.Sophia Ocansey, it’s surprising how much attention has been given to Coronavirus at the expense of other chronic diseases like Asthma and Hepatitis which are deadlier and also spread faster than it(Covid-19).
The award-winning herbal doctor, explained that the only thing making the coronavirus scarier is because scientists who have been deployed to find a cure for it have still not achieved that task.
“Covid-19 has been made very scary as compared to Asthma, which is very deadly. According to the scientist, it takes 14days for the virus to develop after one has been infected, meanwhile, asthmatic patients can die within 5 minutes or less if there isn’t the right security or an inhaler around, and you might feel pity for such person”.She said
“Covid-19 is not the only diseases spreading, can also talk of ‘hepatitis’ which can easily be transferred when there’s a body contact due to the human pulses on the skin especially in a car where passengers sit closer to each other…the only thing making Coronavirus look scary is because scientists are yet to find a cure”.she added
