I scored 18% in exams because school was not my calling – Fameye


Fast-rising Ghanaian singer Fameye has revealed his academic performance during school days.

The ‘Nothing I Get’ hitmaker stated that earlier he didn’t want to further his education after senior high school but he was forced to enroll in an educational institution which he succumbed.

Fameye in an interview with GhanaWeekend Tv on Youtube monitored by Browngh.com, stated that he ended up with IPMC, a computer training college which has branches in other regions with the headquarters in Accra.

Fameye, however, hinted that he was not very intelligent and smart with books after he revealed that he scored 18% in the first exams he undertook at IPMC.

The Ogidi Brown Music signee posited that he is a smart individual but the classroom is not part of his make-up.

Giving reasons why he performed very poor below average in his exams, he stated that he had no interest in Information Technology (IT), as a course and felt he was just wasting his time.

“I started IPMC but I didn’t willingly go to IPMC. So ago nu my first exams I get 18%. I say no”, he said.

“I’m not daft, IT was just not my thing. I was doing networking then I dey worry my body. Wey I take fees I take go shoot video for one side adrop am the title be practice. Wey I lie my people arhh,” he added.
