US-based Ghanaian internet sensation, Twene Jonas has descended heavily on former president John Dramani Mahama over his infamous ‘Do or Die’ comment.
Recall that John Mahama during his ‘Thank you’ tour in the Bono Region, said his party will be more vigilant during the 2024 general elections.
He indicated that NDC will be extra vigilant at the polling stations because that is where the elections are won adding that the polling station in the next election will be ‘do or die’.
Ghanaians descended on the 2020 presidential candidate of the NDC for making such an ‘unfortunate’ statement.
Reacting to the ‘Do or Die’ comment by John Mahama, Twene Jonas advised the former president to learn how to talk like a leader and should stop talking foolishly.
According to Twene Jonas, John Mahama’s ‘Do or Die’ statement might not mean harmful but when misconstrued it might instigate violence in the forthcoming general elections.
