Norwegian Professional football manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is the current manager of his former club he played as a striker, Manchester United.

Ole Solskjaer has been the manager of Manchester United since 2018 and has been dubbed as the chosen one to take the Red Devils to the ‘promise land’.

The 48-year-old manager has been fairly good as the head coach of Manchester United.

Under his belt, he has signed quite a number of players and made impressive Transfer this season and even signed former club-mate Cristiano Ronaldo.

1. Daniel James

Wales International Daniel James was Ole Solskjaer first signing as the club’s manager.

Daniel James completed his transfer to Manchester United from Swansea on a five-year contract with an option of a sixth.

He was signed in 2019 at £ 15m plus £ 3m in add-ons.

Daniel James however after two seasons was sold to Leeds this season for a fee believed to be £ 25m.

He signed a five-year contract with Leeds.

Manchester United signed right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka on a five-year deal from Crystal Palace and had an option to extend his contract for another year.

Wan-Bissaka cost the club £ 45m plus £ 5m in add-ons. He was also signed in 2019.

3. Harry Maguire

Ole Solskjaer signed Harry Maguire from Leceister City at a whooping amount of £ 80m making him the world’s most expensive defender.

The England international signed a six-year contract with the option to extend for a further year.

Manchester United signed Harry Maguire in 2019 from Leceister City were he had made 76 appearances and scored 5 goals.

4. Bruno Fernandes

The Portuguese International Bruno Fernandes has been dubbed Ole Solskjaer ‘best signing’ but looks he could be stripped off that accolade with the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo from Juventus.

Manchester United signed Bruno Fernandes from Sporting Lisbon in 2020 and has since been an important player for the club.

Bruno Fernandes signed a five-and-a-half-year contract at Old Trafford with the option to extend for a further year.

Man United paid an initial fee of around £ 46.6m with potential add-ons taking the overall deal to £ 68m.

5. Nathan Bishop

Manchester United signed Nathan James Bishop who is better known as Nathan Bishop from Southend United.

He signed a two-and-half-year deal with the Red Devils.

Nathan James Bishop is currently with EFL League Two club Mansfield Town on loan from Manchester United.

6. Van De Beek

Manchester United signed Netherlands midfielder Van De Beek from Ajax for £ 35m plus £ 5m in add-ons.

Van De Beek joined Manchester United in September 2020 and is on a five-year contract.

7. Alex Telles

Manchester United signed Alex Telles from Porto for a fee of £15.4m.

Alex Telles signed a contract until June 2024, with the option of a further year.

8.Edinson Cavani

Manchester United completed the signing of striker Edinson Cavani on a free transfer last year.

 Cavani has signed a one-year deal at Old Trafford, while both the club and player had the option to break the agreement after one year.

Cavani however renewed his contract at the end of last season.

9. Amad Diallo

Manchester United signed Amad Diallo from Atalanta on a deal until 2025 with the option of a further year.

The initial fee for Diallo was understood to be €21m(£18.7m), with an additional €20m possible in add-ons.

10. Tom Heaton

Manchester United signed Tom Heaton on a free Transfer from Aston Villa.

The Athletic reported last month that Heaton had agreed a deal to return to United, where he began his career, with the 35-year-old now signing a deal until 2023. There is the option of an additional year.

He signed the deal beginning of this season.

11. Facundo Pellestri

Manchester United signed Facundo Pellestri from Club Atletico Penarol on a five-year contract with an option to extend for a year.

12. Jadon Sancho

Manchester United signed Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund for £73m this season.

Jadon Sancho signed a five-year deal at United.

13.Raphael Varane

Manchester United completed the signing of Raphael Varane from Real Madrid this transfer window.

The centre-back joined United on a four-year deal until June 2025 for a fee believed to be around £41m including add-ons.

14. Cristiano Ronaldo

The signing of Cristiano Ronaldo to the club from Juventus is dubbed the signing of the season due to the feat of the Portuguese Mysterio.

Cristiano Ronaldo re-signed for Manchester United on a two-year contract with the option to extend for a further year.

The Premier League club paid €15m (£12.9m) plus a further €8m (£6.9m) in add-ons for the Portugal captain.
