Dancehall artist, Stonebwoy, has finally break his silence on the sudden demise of Artiste & Repertoire [A&R] manager of the Zylofon Arts Club, Willie Roi, who once stated unambiguously that, he hates him.
Speaking to Zionfelix at the launch of “Stonebwoy 5th March Independence Concert”, he mentioned that, death is a meal and we shall all taste some one-day.
Asked if he side with some of his fans that, Willie Roi who blocked his recording deal with R&B superstar, R Kelly death’s is a victory to him, the head honcho of the Bhim Nation, indicated that his answer is obvious.
On whether he would attend the one-week commemoration of Willie Roi’s death, Stonebwoy said he will grace the event only if he gets time and quickly asked if Roi will be elated seeing him at his funeral.
The “Top Skanka” singer quizzed with a straight face if Willie Roi would have extended an invitation to him to his party if he was alive. He, however, insisted he will try and make it if he has time.

‘Reports Claim He Committed Suicide’
According to sources, Willi Roi was found dead with blood oozing out of his mouth.
“He returned from a gig around 12am and moved in straight to his apartment. We had not seen him move out till evening and decided to go check on him only to find out he had passed on with blood oozing out of his mouth. We just brought the body to the police hospital morgue,” A source disclosed to NY DJ.
‘Why Possible Suicide? ‘
Browngh.com intercepted an article on ghanacelebrities.com which stated that Willie Roi had fallen on hard financial times due to the issues surrounding Zylofon and was being catered for by Sammy Flex. The former Communications Director for the company was even accommodating Roi on occasion at his residence due to his issues.
The story continued that due to all these issues, sources suspect Roi could have decided to end it all and the state of his body is only fueling that speculation.
‘Family On Suicide Publications’
The family of late Willie Roi has refuted reports that suggest its beloved may have died of suicide.
In an off camera conversation with GhanaWeb, some family members said they suspect Willie Roi died through heart failure.
The head of Communication of the defunct Zylofon Media, Mr. Sammy Atoubi Baah known in showbiz circles as Sammy Flex, has divulged that a post-mortem examination has been carried out on the remains of late legendary record producer, Willie Roi and is expected on Monday February 18, 2018.
‘One Week Funeral Commemoration’
The one-week celebrations of the late Willie Roi, has been slated for Sunday, February 17, at House No. F 7/4 opposite Shell Service Station Community 7, adjacent the Night Market, Tema where family, colleagues from Zylofon Media and Industry players will seat to plan for his funeral.
